The BYO ramen saved me when I was sick the other day. The perfect amount of spice, and filling without feeling heavy! The gyoza kind of fell apart in the dipping sauce and was greasier than I prefer, but you can't win them all. Overall, will definitely be ordering from here again!

Not impressed. The broth was cold (restaurant is right down the street, so it wasnt a delivery issue) they charged me extra for spice and they put it on the side and not in the broth, the egg was barely soft boiled and had a lot of runny egg whites. The taste was okay, not great for Tonkotsu ramen. Overall, not worth spending $18-20 for "meh" soup I would recommend literally anywhere else.

The flavor of the broth is incredible! It barely came with enough broth to cover the noodles and veggies, and again, the broccolini didn't have the head. Only the stems.

The only flavor the broth had was salt. small portions. under cooked veggies and over cooked meat. will not order again. go to Tacoma to get good Ramen.

Their vegan miso broth is SO GOOOOOD and I love that they have the options now to sun protein for veggies!! However, the broccolini never comes with the head/florets. I always just get the stem which sucks.
