My test for any Mexican restaurant is lengua. I ordered the three taco meal with lengua, and it was AMAZING. Tender, juicy, just perfection. I ordered the cheese quesadilla for my 16mo old son, the only drawback was the cheese wasn't completely melted, but the flavor was good and he devoured it. Just lost some shredded cheese along the way.
