Food is always good here, never have complaints.
Butter Chicken (yummy Yummy) will always be number 1 favourite mild and hint of sweetness what I love. My partner had the Chicken Tikka Masala and he really enjoyed it, heaps of meat in both. Will be back again.

Huge chunks of potato filling the medium size container. Paid for a full curry but the container is a medium size and has more potato than it does meat. Also paid $9.45 for a large rice which is insane. This is a chain restaurant with standard food but at boutique premium prices.

I've ordered from India Garden a few times now, so I'm basing this review on my experience across the board.
Firstly, their menu is great value for money. But... you get what you pay for. I'd equate this to fast food Indian, vs. authentic Indian fare. Its not a bad thing, but you should know what to expect.
Curries like the Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken are thick, creamy, swimming pools of what tastes like pre-made jar sauce, with chicken thigh tossed in. If you like aromatically spiced, authentic flavours, this isnt for you.
Samosas, pakora and presumably any other similar entree are deep fried in a quagmire of oil. I've honestly never had oilier entrees; the samosas may as well be McDonald's hash browns.
On the flip side, the garlic naan is consistently quite good.
Coming from the old Agnie Indian in Robina (which is sadly no longer the same), India Garden is starkly different.
For a quick, sub $50 meal for two, it does the job. But if you expect better quality food and ingredients, look elsewhere.

Chicken Chettinad (chef's Special) was amazing 👏 Best I've had on the Gold Coast with authentic chetti ad flavours and spice levels. But in complete contrast, the Chicken 65 Biryani was a huge disappointment, probably the worst biryani I've ever eaten. Will definitely be back for the Chicken Chettinad (chef's Special) , and will stay away from the Chicken 65 Biryani at all costs.

Really disappointed with the meal tonight after being a loyal customer for many years. Our serves were really small and hardly contained any meat, it was all sauce. The meat was dry and overcooked. I wont be ordering again it didnt even feed us all and the prices have gone up for less quantity and quality. Big thumbs down!
