Don’t order the sausage, egg, cheese and potato burrito. It’s $6 for a tiny overcooked frozen burrito. My chai was good but didn’t get the biscuit (cookie) for dipping.

I'm not entirely sure what's suppose to be fusion about this exactly, but everything I ordered was similarly prepared like any other restaurant, or(and this is where I believe the "fusion" part comes in), it was the same ingredients but simply slapped between a couple pieces of white bread or rolled in roti like a burrito.
Unfortunately much of it was extremely salty, meat with rice dishes was overcooked and shredded so it ended up more like stringy paste. French toast was ok in flavor but it was a soggy mess so I personally couldn't get past the first bite. Textures on generally all of the food was very off-putting.
I tried the Taj Mahal Cocktail and MAHARAJA Delight. It's certainly an ...acquired taste. I couldn't even really drink it. Just one sip a piece, expel and regret, and had to rinse my mouth since they had quite the lingering aftertaste. Makes sense once after emptying the glasses I saw the bottoms were covered in thick syrup still.
Rice chips were rather bland with a little heat. Most palatable thing on the menu in my opinion, along with the iced coffee which you can pretty much get comparable anywhere else.
Was an interesting experience but I'll certainly not be ordering from here again.

butter chicken is my fav! and also try masala chai a perfect combination
