• 1/20/26The Shanty Bleu was absolutely delicious! The mahi was cooked to perfection. Everything was so fresh. Highly recommend and will definitely order again. The portion size was perfect. The guacamole was a little pricey for the size.

• 7/3/24Have been going here since they opened. I have been in DC for a year and just got back to SSI. This is one of my first meals & got extra!! The Plantains are a great starter. I love the Pacific Rim with shrimp-- the Asian Ginger sauce is yummy and the Bahamian Chicken Curry is excellent!! Don't forget to order the GA Peach pound cake!!!

• 2/22/23We ordered a Pac-Rim Noodle Bowl and Bahamian Chicken Curry. Very very good. The Noodle Bowl was a perfect to split between 2 people and the Curries were just amazing. I am not a black bean fan so next time would ask for rice without beans to accompany my Curry. Other than that it was perfect!
