I ordered the Chicharron De Queso
The best tacos I ever eaten in Washington. So good!! Only critique I have is there maybe pieces of fat in the shredded wagyu beef, but fat is flavor and the flavor is amazing. I'm just a picky eater. Indita Mia is the best! I can't wait to order more off the menu.

Grandma’s Quesadilla? Fire. Side of Beans? Fire. Pan de Elote?🔥🔥. It's all good 😩 I've also had the Vampiros which are pretty good. Anyway, don't expect your typical quesadilla. It's BETTER. But just fyi the sauce is tangy and the tortilla is super thick, like 4 tortillas stacked together-thick, but it keeps everything from getting soggy and adds texture and yummy maize flavor. It's delicious just eat it. Also another fyi, the beans are spicy (if you dont like spicy things or can't handle spice. If you can, go for it, the beans are tasty). Now, I'm going to go make myself my own pan de elote, which is a bit like a cross between corn bread and tres leches cake, aka, also delicious. 1 lil square was not enough!

First time trying the food from here, I can see why everyone rates it 5 stars! It's very much like home cooking with rich flavors! Of course, I can only dream of having a grandma from Oaxaca! Grandma’s Quesadilla was delicious with lots of yummy spice in the sauce. The Wagyu Tamal was moist and richly flavorful and came wrapped up well in foil and the leaf it was cooked in. The Tacos de Barbacoa were perfect with the cilantro and raw sweet onion dipped in the consommé. The Quesatacos de Ribeye tasted fresh and yummy with the ribeye and toppings!, great with hot sauce! Then you match all of this with the pineapple mint Agua Fresca for a wonderful refreshing meal! I will definitely return to order from Indita Mia again and again!! Thank you for being true to your roots!

Grandma’s Quesadilla definitely isn't MY grandma's or any version of quesadilla this gringa's ever had or heard of. No flat flour tortillas here! What a delight! Reminded me of a tamale meets an enchilada while being its own unique thing. Pan de Elote was also amazing. A very special food experience. You'd be a lucky ducky to be part of this family if this is what they fed ya! Heavenly! Great big portion! I ordered based on what I saw others post about and can't wait to make my way through the rest of the menu. YUM!
