Delicious and hot even after delivery. The Beef Pho - Phở Bò brisket had a delicate broth and the brisket was delicious and high quality. The Saigon Crispy Spring Rolls - Chả Giò (2 Pieces) was a HUGE portion and so good. But the best part of my order was the Pot Stickers - Bánh Quai Vạc (6 Pieces) - sooo tasty, and a huge portion as well! The whole meal was super delicious and so much food that we even had leftovers.

The shaken beef was a major disappointment, first off there was not much beef for a dish that is usually a big pile of flavorful sticky beef. Secondly, there was no flavor, no spices, no marinade.
Third, it was tough and chewy! It's usually made with beef tenderloin. This certainly was not. What a major disappointment all around for a dish that was $24! I ate the rice. It was fine. Hard to ruin rice, I suppose.

Woah! I've ordered from Indochine plenty of times and this was hands down the best it has ever been. Vegan Pho with fried tofu + veggies was flavorful and the portion size was massive! The chicken lettuce wraps portion was also large and tasted extra fresh. Shout out to whoever was cooking that day and didn't forget any items! 10/10

second chance wasted. food was awful. grilled pork was like a sheet of jerky. the spring rolls were not rolled and completely burst down the middle and their peanut sauce is overly acidic and also too sweet. won't be ordering from here ever again

Incredible flavors and you can tell it's made fresh for you. I've ordered here many times and it's consistent every time. The Saigon Crispy Spring Rolls - Chả Giò (2 Pieces) are a guilty pleasure and could be a meal of their own
