A perfect plate of Chifa! This veggie fried rice delivers classic Chinese-inspired flavors, loaded with perfectly cooked vegetables and egg. Adding the Aji sauce gave it a good kick... Highly recommend it!

The pasta was perfectly cooked and generously coated in the most flavorful, creamy green basil and spinach sauce. It was rich without being too heavy, and you could truly taste the freshness in every bite.
I paired it with protein, and it elevated the dish even more. The portion size was generous, presentation was beautiful, and the overall experience felt authentic and comforting.
If you’re craving traditional Peruvian flavors with a fresh, vibrant twist, the Tallarines Verdes is a must try. I’ll definitely be ordering it again!

Tallarin saltados de carne were poorly prepared (bland, minimal sauce) and portions were very small for the price- not a good value. We eat here 3-4 times a month so this was probably just an off night for them, but wanted to bring it to their attention. We will continue being loyal customers, have been for over a decade

Tallarin was bland with very little sauce, servings sizes very small for price charged. We are consistent loyal customers for over 10 years and wanted to bring to your attention that this was a disappointing experience, which is not customary from you. Aguadito is flavorful and filling. They give you a good portion as well. Would definitely order multiple times.
