First time to complain but they don't put enough tomatoes or French fries even when it's requested. The lomo Saltado de Pollo had absolutely no taste to it. It's suppose to be made with soy sauce and vinegar. Idk the Lomo Saltado did have more flavor but again tomatoes and fries.

the beef in the lomo saltado was hard so garlic and tasteless. rice was hard . Chicken tallarin had few pieces of chicken ans no flavor at all

Everything I got was well prepared and tasted better than I anticipated! It was my first time trying out this restaurant & is definitely on my top list of new faves!

Food is mid. Lacks in authentic Peruvian flavors. Pretty pricey. But service is quick. Maduros are on point!
