Their food was superior. I had an Americana which was good but hard to mess up. If you want more than just a prepackaged snack with your favorite coffee this is the place to go. star who??

Ordered bacon, egg and cheese Bagel Sandwich bread was very hard couldn't really eat it. Also ordered Bagel with Cream Cheese and bread also was tough and they did not even spread the cream cheese on the bagel but giving 2 cream cheese packets on the side. 1 star

My coffee was very bitter and could not drink it. The sandwich was not done on the bagel I had asked for and it was done on two bottom parts of the bagel which tasted very stale. This is the first time I have received bad food from Insomonia, it is usually very fresh

I got the Hand Pie (Gluten Free) and it was kind of bland in my opinion but it could be different for everyone. and I got the Iced Real Caramel Latte but this time it tasted burnt. any other times I got it, the flavor was delicious. so this could be a one off type situation. I recommend getting them and trying them for yourself.
