They forgot my drink and accused me of lying but I asked if they would mark the order complete so I'd be able to put a picture and mark it missing. After three phone calls later they brought me my drink. Bad customer service.

One cookie was completely raw in the middle to the point where I couldn't pick it up with two hands without it falling apart. Normally my order is always good, this time it fell short for some reason.
