Great food. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie is my favorite and I love their new red velvet ice cream. The reason I can't give five stars is because the delivery system for this store is poorly managed. I can never know when my items will arrive because there's no tracking from Insomnia Cookies or DoorDash when you use DoorDash. Sometimes orders arrive much later after the scheduled time, so I can't plan to meet my delivery driver at a specific time. This time, it never arrived (I did get a refund, though and both DoorDash and Insomnia Cookies provided excellent help). Again, I love the food from this store and I'm happy they deliver through DoorDash. But the "merchant courier" system needs some work.

Cookies were so well baked and delicious! Definitely worth the price and they were huge! Cookies were very fresh, soft on the inside, and had a nice crunch on the outer edges. Definitely would recommend and order again.

The Double Chocolate Chunk was a quarter the size of the rest and hardly baked through. The two Salted Caramel Deluxe cookies were not baked through and still raw dough in middle. The Triple Chocolate Deluxe chip cookie was hard as a rock.

I got the Red Velvet and Ice Ice Cream on a Deluxe Cookie, triple chocolate. The Red Velvet was ok but the triple chocolate was really good. I rate it three stars because the icecream scoops were the size of a ping pong ball, which was really disappointing, given I paid $11. Also, door dash didn't properly track the order. I followed updates from Insomnia's site. Door dash told me my order was delivered almost 30 minutes after Insomnia notified me of the drop-off.
