The cookies were awesome and the staff went over and above what I expect from a DD order. When they were out of the cookies I requested they called to let me know and offered great suggestions for replacements.

These are the best cookies. They are fresh, warm and homemade cookies! I order for my son all the time as a reward! Great sized cookies in the 6 pack that I recommend! Chocolate chunk, Snickerdoodle and double chocolate chip are delicious!

$20 for basic cookies is insane & you're better off getting a roll of Pillsbury to bake yourself at home (tastes the same but actually warm)

The cookies are excellent, but they take absolutely forever and almost never have all of the cookies in your order. Both times we've ordered from this Insomnia Cookies location it has taken over an hour for the cookies to be delivered 0.3 miles away and neither time were all of the cookies we ordered in the box. They always give a substitution though, and occasionally an extra, which I think more than makes up for that. Great spot to pick up, terrible for delivery.

No information about delivery times from courier. An entire pint of ice cream was missing from our order and the one we did receive was only 6oz instead of 16oz. This could have been a store supply issue, but they could've called/warned instead of poorly completing the order. Thankfully full refund from doordash.
