Heads up, they use their own delivery drivers, but they do see your delivery instructions and address. The app will NOT update during the order, so just be sure to check out your window every so often for your delivery. Cookies came fresh and tasted wonderful. Way better portion and taste than Crumbl in my opinion. Would order again.

After having Crumbl cookies, insomnia cookies are a disappointment. For $17/6 cookies, I expect more cookie. These were thin grocery-store quaility cookies. I tried them.....I will stick with Crumbl Cookies

The customer service is good, they text updates on delivery etc. I feel it's a little expensive but not compared to other higher end cookie places. Overall the cookies were pretty average. Not bad! But not great. They were also pretty gooey if that's your thing.

No notification of delivery. Cookies tasted day(s) old. Definitely not worth the $26.00 + tip & fees. First & last time customer. Kroger cookies are better.
