The cookies here are always fantastic. The service is great too. Really appreciate the rotation of special deluxe like the Cannoli Filled Deluxe and classics.

Stale cookies even after reheating. Not a fan of the decline that insomnia has seen over the years. Can't be charging $25 for 6 cookies for them to taste like this.

Ordered the lil dipper with buttercream - buttercream icing was highlighted in blue on receipt taped to the box, and yet delivery didn't have the icing in the box. Cookies were a tad overcooked at crunchy. Not likely to order again, pretty disappointing
