My Ice Cream in a Cup was actually still ice cream when I got it. Made the cookies that much better at 12:30am while working the night-shift. Thanks Juanita(DDD)!!..$$$

My order was over a hour late and the driver never reached out to me if they had any issues. I called to get the status. the manager told me she made my order personally and ensured it was right. once I finally received it, it only had 5 cookies, 2 completely broke all over the box and the others very undercooked. the buttercream smelled spoilt and very old like a kids diaper. It's not worth your money.

Terrible . Basically McDonald's cookies ....but not even as good as those! I've had these before maybe a year or so ago, and now they're half the size?!! For the price it's a hard no. Go to Crumbl!!

I’ve had Insomnia Cookies before and usually enjoy them, but this experience was awful. My order arrived with cookies that were old, hard, and completely inedible. These were easily the worst cookies I’ve ever had from them. Definitely not the warm, fresh quality I expected. Extremely disappointed!

The cookies are great, especially Snickerdoodle. Milk is far too expensive for a no name single serving. My milk arrived opened and I tossed it.
