• 5/30/26The ice cream stays firm through delivery, no melting at all. The cookies are always warm and fresh, and the vegan ones are amazing (coming from a non-vegan). Personally, I like their vegan chocolate chunk over the regular one, plus macadamia. They're all soft and buttery even the next day. You can miss here.

• 4/18/26The ice cream wasn't melted at all when it arrived so that's a huge plus. It eas also delicious: I got the peanut butter insomnia track and the caramellionaire. For cookies, I got the cloud 9 (soooo gooey and delicious) and the vegan chocolate chunk, which was so good I would have never guessed it was vegan.

• 3/30/26First time trying Insomnia Cookies...it was absolutely amazing. Cookies were warm and fresh from the oven. The staff was friendly and helpful with my cookie selection. I really liked the Store, it was clean and maintained. Most importantly the cookie aroma was heavenly. A great first time experience...TWO THUMBS UP!

• 1/3/25Great cookies and brownies (I bought the M&M and Chocolate cookies) but the problem was the cookies were the size of a babies hand. For 23 dollars I expected them to be the size of crumbl cookies. They were the size of a babies hand!! Don't order if you're expecting something that will fill you up.
