Usually my cookies are cold and not very soft by the time they get to me, but this time they were super soft and still warm and the brookie was super melty. my favorite, the snickerdoodles, were perfect. The box said it was baked by Amelia, so thank you, you're the best!

They smooshed all 7 cookies and 1 brownie into one 7×7in box, I almost thought they forgot half of my order. All the classic cookies are no bigger than 3in, I expected more for over $60. The chocolate chunk cookie that I received is deformed. They tasted ok. I got two orders of 3 Classic Cookies, a Chocolate Chip Brownie, and the S'mores Deluxe cookie.

Ice cream only had one scoop. I'd like a refund please. Also the chocolate chip mint cookie was as hard as a rock

Really disappointing experience. The cookies arrived completely cold, which defeats the whole point of ordering from Insomnia Cookies. On top of that, the packaging was a mess. Everything was shoved together, smashed, and piled on top of each other in the box.
To make matters worse, the vegan cookie came out of its individual bag and ended up touching a peanut butter cookie, which is a serious issue for anyone with dietary restrictions or allergies.
For the price, I expected much better quality control and packaging. This felt careless and not worth the money at all.

6-pack -completely wrong,but receipt showed correct items, with 1 exception. Over $22 for 6 cookies, to open and taste the worst cookies ever- 3 chocolate strawberry cookies, absolute waste of money I hate fruit cookies, and for it to be Half of the order but receipt showing 1, is not okay, worst insomnia cookie experience and I had Company
