Highly recommend. My dasher dropped order off at a totally different location. Insomnia went above and beyond by sending there own driver out with another order for me and delivered it right to my door step. Insomnia customer service and cookies are top tier.

Let me just start off by saying this is my first time trying Insomnia Cookies, ever. I ordered their 3 Classic Cookies pack, with one extra cookie being Peanut Butter Chip. My favorite also being the Peanut Butter Chip. When I tell you these cookies are amazing... these cookies. are. AMAZING. 10x better than Crumbl, in my opinion. They're just that good. They were delivered fresh, warm, soft, and with a slight crunch to them. Not raw, not hard, but right in middle texture-wise. Perfection. Worth the money. Will definitely be ordering again!

The chocolate peanut butter cup had only one small peanut butter cup on it for $4.25 cookie. I ordered a double scoop of ice cream for $7.25 and only got one small scoop. The driver does not call or text to let you know your order is outside and you can't track in the app because they use their own drivers. You have to go outside and check if it's there according to the estimated arrival time. In total I waited and hour and a half for my order. The triple chocolate cookie and the chocolate chip brownie was good.

I ordered two boxes but only rec one box. Called the store and spoke to Liv who was beyond kind and understanding and told me to go by tomorrow and she will help me out. Cookies were amazing, soft and warm!

Delicious cookies. Beautifully and securely packaged. My two different flavored scoops of ice cream got subbed out to one flavor (I assume because they ran out of the other choice) without any notice and they forgot the chocolate sauce, but the warm brownie with ice cream was still wonderful.
