• 4/16/25How lucky to find cookies that actually tasted homemade. The Snickerdoodles were lovely, buttery indulgences. The Triple Chocolate cookie took me 3 days to eat. It was rich and delicious.

I was blown away by their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Instead of just processing my order, they went above and beyond by taking the time to personally call me to double-check everything. It's rare to find such attention to detail and genuine care in today's world, and Insomnia Cookies exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for scrumptious treats and outstanding service!

• 7/30/22The review is for the "self delivery" done by the store. I've ordered hundreds of dollars of cookies a week for work over the past 30 days and a minimum of two orders each week never show. I tried to order a personal order for $30 of cookies, it also never showed and I waited for 90 minutes because the app does not update with "merchant self delivery".
RECCOMENDATION: Pick up only. Cookies are good.
