Tonkatsu Broth - Flavorful and not too salty! Perfect ramen noodle texture

This may be a region thing or simply a preference issue but i was not wowed by the order. The AKAMARU MODERN (DD) noodles were thinner and less than expected, flavor was ok but with the sauce generously set in the middle, i expected more. The chashu was sliced deli thin so it was less to hold on to with chopsticks than i'm used to. This is likely on my some as i did not investigate the photos very closely. I was craving ramen and this place was close by. The lettuce in the PORK BUN (DD) was a too thick, as if making up for the lack of much anything else. The OISHI KARA-AGE (DD) was ok but a bit overcooked. the mentaiko mayo helped with the flavor but it didn't save the dish.Nothing was outright bad, just nothing not great either.

Order was wrong. Paid way too much for that to happen. Also I've had this in Japan, and the ingredients are lack luster and not good quality. Do not order .

I love the food - it's delicious - but the add ons are so expensive. $5 for one seasons egg? $5 for corn? By the time you fill your bowl, it's $40 delivery for one bowl of soup!
