• 7/7/26The food is good. I will say, the portions is 90% rice 10% proteins. It tastes fresh and and authentic. However I could have my gal make better food. It's not worth $60, probably won't order again unless I'm craving a heap ton of rice. The plantains were really good. Other than that, have your own cook

• 10/23/25This is my second time ordering. Both times I ordered the Curry Chicken. The first time I ordered it with the jerk chicken rice, and that rice is elite!! This time I ordered the rice and peas and it's good. I'm Brooklyn girl, who knows authentic Caribbean food and I am impressed. Grace Tropical Rhythms Pineapple Ginger is so good, perfect beverage to go with the meal.

• 9/30/22Let me tell you about this here Curry Chicken. I usually give restaurants 4 stars. You have to wow me for five. Taking one bite of the curry chicken blew me away. It's not tough or dry but incredibly moist and not too spicy. I'm from NYC where we have plenty of Jamaican spots and this place hits near or above them.
My husband got the oxtails and just sniffing it he says it smells home cooked. When anything ever smell HOME COOKED! Tastes just as good as it smells. Meat falling right off the bone.
Nice portion sizes for the price too. The rice even tastes like it has coconut milk in it. That's the authentic way. Definitely ordering again!

• 3/26/26Brown Stew Chicken has great flavor, but very little amount, today received 4 top leg bones,1 was a decent size but barely any meat, for the price of a med, very skimpy! May have just ordered the ox tails if I wanted more bones then meat 🤷🏽♀️ 2nd time ordering "sweet Fried Plantain" that are in no way sweet, very dry and unripe, 6.99 for a cut up dry plantain is crazy, last time for me...

• 12/14/24their food feels like a warm hug. i can only attest to their curry & jerk chicken, which are both delicious. their jerk fried rice makes me wanna cry because of how flavorful it is. top 3 restaurant in albany.
