House-Made Potato Chips fried too much, oily and burnt taste
Broccoli & Cheddar House Tots were disappointing since I found zero broccoli!
Classic burger was good.
Definitely lower quality food from my last order.

Usually really good, this time, the chicken salad tasted off, like it wasn't fresh, and the chocolate chip cookie I paid $1.89 for, was the size a little bigger than a chips ahoy & tasted about the same. I want 1.50 back for that sad little hard cookie.
Very disappointing.

Sandwiches were not cut properly, Fillings were way overstuffed--not a problem usually, but difficult to handle. No pickle included. Prices raised,. Will likely choose different restaurant next time.

I hadn't eaten something from Isaac's for many years, for no reason in particular. I can say their sandwich game is still as strong as it ever was. Order during happy hour, as it is quite pricey otherwise. They give so many options for swapping out dressings/sauces, which is really nice. I wish they'd add one more option and that is to have those on the side so the sandwich doesn't get soggy.
