Everything was so good! Small Pepperjack Tomato Soup is the best soup anywhere. Ingredients are fresh and was delivered still warm.

This particular order was extremely disappointing. I have placed this exact order several times and was very pleased. This time , instead of 5 pieces of chicken there were 3! The French fry order was also significantly reduced. It was hard not to notice how tiny the order was when I opened up the box. The slice of apple pie was a normal portion but wow what a disappointment especially at $45.

I was really disappointed that the small salad I ordered looked NOTHING like the photo online. It is literally a few leafy greens-nothing else in the tiny container it was in. No onion, tomato, or any other vegetable! Just a few leafy greens that look like they are several days old. Won't be ordering salad there any time soon. The soup and sandwiches were good.

I hate that this only gives the option for like or dislike. Just moved here so this is our first time trying this restaurant. Ordered the Finch sandwich. Asked for spinach rather than bacon and they got that correct. But the bread was toasted much too dark for my liking. I know it is already a dark bread, but this tasted burnt also. And even if it hadn't been burnt, this was not an $18 sandwich. We always give restaurants three-strikes. So yes we will try them again at some point.

Food usually good. Price is much higher than in restaurant. Price of pickle mix borders on ridiculous, especially since it is offered free in restaurant. People with limited mobility that rely on delivery are charged much more than menu prices.
