greatas always! the Swole Bowl is a prrsonslaught favorite. always add spirulina because, yum! the Rise & Shine Smoothie is my 2nd favorite item.its just a nice combo and keeps me fulland its a go to when I'm ina rush and need something amazing. cant go wrong with the Seaweed Salad 1/4 LB,honestly I've never tasted a diffeence in location based seaweed salad so if you like it, this is good. ive never tried the Crazy Mac 1/4 LB before and I gotta say its decently good, way to muchtuna in thr portion I gotbut maybe it wasn't mixed enough. but it has actual flavor which i didn't expect. it could use more salt but a nice little treat for sure!

The salmon mixture keeps getting less and less with every Kamano Bowl I get. This one was mostly rice and Crazy Mac. Maybe a couple of spoonfuls of salmon. That's a lot of money to spend for a bowl of rice. At least what I did get tasted good.

great as always! alwalso consistent flavors and a great treat especially as the weather gets warmer. something for everyone. vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters, young or old.this is my fsvoriteplace to take my 5 kids. im a vegetarian and they aren't and its a one stopkind of place.
