I ordered fried saltfish and asked in the special instructions if I could substitute provisions and boiled dumplings for rice and beans. Someone from the restaurant called to let me know that was fine but they were a little low on saltfsh and would I be ok if they mixed it with callaloo and I said yes. Well I will be asking for that again and referring this restaurant. Food was PERFECTION. Food is fresh, well prepared, flavorful (not salty, FLAVORFUL) portions are well worth the price, and the customer care is top rate. Thank you Ma'am
