Island Fusion's food is freshly cooked and consistently delicious. Place an order; you won't be disappointed. This is now my go to Caribbean restaurant. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner....delicious. Like you Grandmother cooking on Sunday

The oxtails regardless o the size is the best I ever had in a long time. They are meaty and well seasoned and the gravy is excellent!
The bread is good. I can do without the cherries...that just my opinion and a little more sugar. Otherwise it good and the size of the pieces is awesome. Good stuff

Red pea soup was hot just the right ratio of food to liquid to peas . The rice and stew chicken was also hot and store followed directions anout No Gravy ...and I will definitely order again .

food tasty but l didn't like the fact that for the price there was no little veg on the side just rice and thr meat , I get any spoon nothing to eat it with
