Smallest sandwich I've ever seen, 1 bacon strip and 1 egg on a super squished bagel, i asked for egg bagels and didn't receive that, it was super salty, if you have the choice of another breakfast restaurant I definitely recommend going that route.

Island Heights bakery for the first time and will not return. Sandwich and bagel are poor quality. There were shells in the egg and it's the smallest bagel sandwich I've ever seen..

The owners are fantastic, polite, and always smiling. The bagels are the freshest best bagels around. The morning melt sandwich is my favorite. Is always fresh and delicious.

The pumpernickel bagel with veggie cream cheese was absolutely delicious—deep flavor, perfectly chewy, and the cream cheese was loaded with fresh crunch. The morning melt on a croissant was straight-up banging—flaky, buttery, and packed with savory goodness. As for the other two sandwiches on everything bagels? Gone in seconds. That good. No notes.
