I have been a loyal customer but they would not refund a wrong order. I lost $34 on a steamed fish when I ordered a fried fish. Carmen would have found a better solution than to just leave me broke and without a meal. Not the same Island palace.

The food was NOT good. The plantains were over cooked and small. The rice had no taste. I'm very disappointed and will not order from this place again.

So I've ate the Mais Cornmeal before and it was good. I don't know what happened today but the liver was spoiled, it had a sour taste and the mais moullen had hard lumps in it. Normally it's always good but this time it wasn't good.

The Poulet - Chicken and fried plantains were both dry and not very good. I ordered white rice and they sent rice with beans instead - I hate beans so this was inedible. Overall a lousy experience.
