packaged. The veggies that are inside are very fresh. A great portion size also...you could eat some now and save some for later.

The ingredients are fresh and delicious! The salads come in generous portions, so you'll definitely feel full! The black bean Black Bean Soup is absolutely perfect! Full of flavor and very hearty!

The Mediterranean Wrap wrap was good especially w/the vinaigrette sauce. I like the fact that they give options to add or remove certain ingredients.
I also bought the Rasta Pasta which always tastes good.
