The food itself was very good! The Kilauea and Malibu burgers were done the way we requested, the Tortilla Soup is good as it always is with my experience and the sweet potato fries tasted fresh! I've been fortunate that whenever I order food from here, whether it be inside the restaurant, to-go, or for delivery that the food has always been fresh and exceeded my expectations.
The only "issue" I ran into was we didn't get the ranch that was supposed to come with the Cheddar Fries and it's really just a very minor detail, it just tells me that there needs to be more attention paid to customer to-go orders through delivery apps. Thank you Islands always providing really good food!

we ordered family soup and guacamole and chips , we only got the guacamole for almost 9.00 in small cup half full no chips. small bag chips for large soup order was stale , soup was good we order it a lot. they need to check orders better. also only 1 tiny ranch for chicken strip meal too.

Salad came with dressing already on it. I was going to take it to work the next day. It's not eatable. Waste of $18!! Never had a to go salad come with dressing on it.

I was a leery about ordering from here. Not because we don't love Islands, but because the last burger/fries delivery we had (in a different city) was TERRIBLE - even with raving reviews. But our food arrived cold, soggy and utterly uneatable. So we took a chance on Islands... it was fantastic! Our food was delicious and when it arrived, it was so hot we had to wait for it to cool a bit. High fives all around to Islands!
