It was a good kebab (I've never had a bad kebab from Ispa, and I've had many over the years), but the dim sims were still half frozen.

Placed order for pickup, got confirmation order received & should be ready in 25-30 mins. When I arrived, staff member claimed no order was received, even after I showed her my receipt. She looked at their monitor & pressed something then asked the other staff member if they had turned off their DoorDash alerts, to which they replied no but then all of a sudden my order came through with a beep. They then said this was probably because I didn't check out properly even though I did & showed them my confirmation messages. So I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make it. I ordered a large kebab meal but they were very skimp with the filling - have ordered from here many times but how much filling you get depends on who makes it.

kebab was yum, the slice pizza was hard my daughter couldn't eat it..otherwise would definitely recommend

we ordered 5 meals and got 6 drinks and 4 chips. it was an expensive order they should have gotten right.
