•calamari tasted like seafood, not fishy
•cooked to perfection: calamari wasn't rubbery, but firm
• spaghetti was cooked a beautiful al dente; it kept integrity even as cooled
*if the marinara isn't homemade- sign me up for the jar-a-month club. Chunky with robust Mediterranean flavors

The aroma from the earthy spices fills the air of this friendly, down-to-earth restaurant. Staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome.
The kitchen is visible from dining area; it's easy to see the cleanliness and care taken with each order.
The tour of Italy pasta platter was full of rich aromatic, Mediterranean spices. The red sauce was appropriately sweet. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. Lightly breaded and juicy chicken parmigiana, just topped off the entire dish. The salad was fresh and filled to the brim with crisp veggies.
The garlic bread was garlicky and buttery; for my tastes, i would have liked it crisper.
Excellent find in Princeton. The traffic and location can be a bit much, but there's side streets. I will order this again and definitely return to this #PrincetonGem.

Cheese Garlic Rolls
*Excellent quality ingredients
*sauce is light, robust not spicy- tastes exactly like a red sauce should taste
*the garlic knots were filled with cheese and melted in the mouth
*the crust is crisp and the Mediterranean flavors provide a flavorful and transcendent decadence inside the mouth: it's a true taste of Tuscany!
I requested the pizza and knots be cooked longer and it was baked to absolute perfection.
I will definitely order from this charming gem in Princeton, WV.
The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly and welcoming.

• 8/1/26The wings were perfect and the onion rings were phenomenal. Due to work I didn't get to eat it for about 30 minutes after it was dropped off and still about burned my mouth, so you know everything was fresh! And that cake, omg talk about melt in your mouth and sweet but not overly sweet. Everything was just perfect!

• 7/27/26The best meal I've had in a long time!!!! Nailed it with the Alfredo Meat Lasagna (I added the Alfredo sauce) and my husband loved his Chicken Parmigiana. Plan on ordering tonight for the 2nd time this week!
