The boba is amazing! the portion is good.
and exact and the right equal size. But they didn't get my toppings right, they put popping boba instead of rainbow jelly. But otherwise boba time is one of the best boba stores in town! I Would definitely order it again! Honey Lemon Iced TeaSunset Iced Tea

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at your location.
I walked in to pick up an order and immediately let one of the employees know I was there for a pickup. I was told, “I’ll be with you in a minute.” I noticed my order had already been sitting on the counter since I arrived.
After waiting, I got in line and told another employee that I was there for a pickup. Instead of checking, he dismissed me and said, “I’ll get to you right now.” I explained that I was only there to pick up my order and that the order sitting on the counter appeared to be mine. We went back and forth before he finally checked and realized it was indeed my order.
In total, I waited about 15 -20 minutes just to receive an order that had been ready the entire time. The lack of attention and poor communication made for a frustrating experience. I understand that businesses can get busy, but simply taking a moment to verify my pickup order would have prevented this unnecessary delay.
My bowls were melted, and my tea was completely watered down because the ice had melted.

Amazing taste and came in a huge cup the PB Choco Banana Smoothie is so good I would order again I think you should order too because it came fresh delicious and amazing!

Boba arrived and everything tasted poor quality. The drinks had no flavor. Tasted either like water or just plain milk.
