It's always a hit or miss with this place. The fries are always cold and the wings are either super soggy or a little burnt. I think most of the time they just use old fries. I hate leaving negative reviews but honestly just order wing stop.

Part of it was probably my fault, I didn't want bone in wings. So no blame there. However, the bone-in wings were really hard to eat. Extremely dry like they were overcooked, it was like eating very hard jerky. There wasn't much meat, but I'm guessing that's just how the wings are. They also accepted my order of pies, but were out of stock of the ones I ordered. I feel horrible my door dasher had to call me to let me know, only to call me a second time telling me they're out of the alternative options they previously mentioned on the first call he made. He had to deal with the attitude, when it was their mistake twice to begin with. Customer service seems to be lacking, along with their ability to keep up with their inventory. Not trying to be a Karen, I just feel bad for him so this review seems justified. Overall the food was very good in taste, I will be ordering (carefully) again. Thank you.

Really wish 6 out of the 11 wings I got weren't rocks covered in sauce. 10/10 will not eat again
