The wings that weren't fist-sized GMOs were perfectly done; juicy, saucy and crunchy.
A separate container or even just a divider in the box for the fries would be 5 star.

A good portion of my wings was burnt and barely sauced. Had I not been exhausted from work, I would have returned them. Instead, I picked out the few that were salvageable (maybe 8 out of 22) and threw the rest away. That being said, the curly fries were good, and the apple pies were tasty. But I was looking forward to the wings and was severely disappointed. The fact that the staff thought they were okay to send is a little frustrating, too, as they should have never left the restaurant--what a shame.

It's always hit or miss when you order from here. Once in a while, they knock it out of the park. What you usually get is this. Almost completely sauceless, bland wings. So unfortunate, because they're so good when they're good

The boneless wings were undersauced as usual, there is either too much sauce or too little; usually the latter. The manager was rude when she handed me the food. Probably one of the most consistently bad chilis web kitchens I've eaten from. Please pay your staff better so they are nicer to customers. Sincerely a former customer.

Too much sauce; soaked into the fries and made them all mango and habanero-ey. 11 Boneless Wings weren't fully tossed in the excess sauce either...
