We tried the Shooter Special. It's like... little shots of umami soup with raw fish? And little raw quail eggs? It was good! But very different from anything I've eaten before. The Toro (Tuna Belly) N is the only time I've seen chyuu-toro on a sushi menu here in Utah County. It is more expensive and more fatty and it is squishy and delicious like a dream.

I got a Fresh Water Eel Hand Roll, it was cucumbers not avocado but it worked so well, and it was so refreshing. And the Bento Box Special was definitely worth its price! I loved it!

Got the bento box special, but received tonkotsu instead of chicken katsu, I am very aversed to pork so It was disappointing. Also had the beef teriyaki and it was dry, chewy and pretty un flavorful. The salad and dressing was delicious and rice perfectly cooked, though! And the tonkotsu ramen was delicious! Just wish our bento order was correct and quality, as we payed 18$ for it. Not worth what we got.

Purchase the Sunset and Tuna rolls! High quality! Best in Orem. I would be purchasing from them all the time if their prices were a little bit lower.
