We tried the Shooter Special. It's like... little shots of umami soup with raw fish? And little raw quail eggs? It was good! But very different from anything I've eaten before. The Toro (Tuna Belly) N is the only time I've seen chyuu-toro on a sushi menu here in Utah County. It is more expensive and more fatty and it is squishy and delicious like a dream.

I love the taste and rolled tight. Did not fall apart easy! Good sauce for Gyoza. I asked for non washbi they listened. I ASLED FOR EXTRA ginger that was the only thing that could of been more then given. Delicious

I got a Fresh Water Eel Hand Roll, it was cucumbers not avocado but it worked so well, and it was so refreshing. And the Bento Box Special was definitely worth its price! I loved it!

So so so Good! Like always! The Bento Box Special withe Vegas Roll and the Tonkatsu is the best. Great value. Will totally continue to get.
