• 7/16/23This was one of the worst Japanese meals I have had unfortunately. The chicken was dry and terrible overcooked, with a burnt flavour. The gyoza are bought in and not made. They are pastry like spring rolls. Terrible Japanese

• 1/2/24The packaging & appearance were great, but the food was just okay. There were only some shallots(?) to go with the eel. I'd prefer paying a bit more for some veggies or tamago to be served with the don.

• 8/2/23Half the time they cancel my order. This tracks with my in store experience when they're pretty abrupt and rude. Their ramen is good but there's better around with better service
