The Unagi Don was delicious. The unagi was a generous portion and the seaweed salad and pickled daikon added a good contrast.

The Shrimp Tempura Roll (6 Pcs) was great. Very filling, creamy avocado.
Unfortunately, I found the Spicy Tuna Roll (6 Pcs) to be super fishy and bland. There's no spicy mayo or eel sauce on it. I get spicy tuna rolls everywhere and unfortunately this was my least favorite. Make sure to add spicy mayo or eel sauce if you want it. I think it costs extra so beware of that.

The Sashimi and Tropical Sushi Roll were absolutely delicious! I especially loved the dipping sauce that came with the Tropical Roll. Even as a to-go order, everything was beautifully packed with great attention to detail. The rolls were fresh, clean, and flavorful, holding their shape perfectly. The presentation was stunning—especially the little flower touch. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

After the new owner reopened Izakaya Ren, everything feels fresh and upgraded! The new menu now offers both all-you-can-eat and regular à la carte options, giving everyone more choices. The sushi quality is top-notch — super fresh toro, salmon, white tuna, and red snapper that melt in your mouth. The presentation is beautiful, and you can really taste the difference in quality and care. Definitely a must-try spot for sushi lovers!

I ordered from IZAKAYA REN SUSHI & SAKE BAR and was so impressed! The new owner has updated the menu — now they offer both all-you-can-eat and regular menu options, which is such a nice touch.
Everything we ordered was amazing. The Heavenly Beef truly lives up to its name — tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Sashimi Martini was not only fresh but beautifully presented like a piece of art. The Tokyo Cowboy Roll (with ribeye beef on top) had just the right amount of kick and was incredibly delicious.
My kids loved the Ocean Roll made with soy paper — perfect for those who don’t like traditional seaweed wraps. My personal favorite was the Sushi Deluxe — it came with salmon, toro, mackerel, white tuna, and gold-eye red snapper (and you can even request different fish!).
Everything tasted super fresh, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommend this place — great food, creative presentation, and something for everyone! 🍣✨
