Not sure who made the BLT this time, but it was amazing! Absolutely perfect balance of mayo, tomato, lettuce, and bacon.

I ordered extra gravy in addition to the gravy that comes with thee order and I didn't get it. This has happened one other time. They just don't put the gravy on the plate but they send the container of gravy. I am paying for both.

Meh. Out of all the jacks in our area I like this one least of all yet it's the closest. Bacon on sandwiches was burned, had more lettuce than should be legal and the fries were ice cold and half raw and had zero salt on them. I wish we could broaden the area we can order from.

The biscuits are dry and have been the last few times My sausage biscuits were not as good as they used to be. They are like they have laid there for a while.

The worst food we have ever received from Jack's. They usually have the best burger in town. Buns were stale. Even though they just opened, the burgers and friesBig Bacon ComboBig Jack tasted old. Won't order again. It was awful.
