tried giving the boba a third chance because there's none nearby, but ran into the same problem and received Crunchy boba balls again, making the drink disgusting, on top of the chicken sandwhich having a rubber texture, not ordering from here again.Build Your Own Munchie MealIced Coffee w/ BobaMilk Tea w/ Boba

I would not order this again. It is expensive for how much you get. The sliders tasted fine. Our faves box was missing the curly fries. And they seemed stingy in the number of onion rings.

The taco shells were so dark i bel they used old oil that they use to fry the tacos and also the chicken sandwich patties had the same color . Very disappointing . The fries had the same color as well.

Food was cold and clearly had been sitting under a lamp for awhile, the fries were hard from being left out for so long, and you could taste how old the grease was. I live less than two minutes away from this restaurant and the driver did not make any stops so the food shouldn't have gotten cold in just a few minutes and definitely should not have tasted old. They didn't give any napkins or taco sauces, barely had any fries in the munchie box and I was missing the tacos from my order. This store can never seem to get orders right because I'm always missing something from my order every time I go through drive thru. This was my first time ordering through DoorDash and I'd hoped they at least double checked their delivery orders but apparently they just don't double check any of their orders. Most times even if I'm missing items my food is at least hot and not hours old. I've never had these issues at any other location. Jack in the Box has definitely lost my business. Overall just an extremely disappointing experience.
