The order was packaged, accurately, and the food was still warm when it arrived. There was one item that no longer was available and they gave my DoorDash person the option for a substitute. I appreciate that.

the iced coffee with boba is really good, however, the straw needs to be bigger in order for the tapioca pearls to be eaten. I'm not sure if I had added a straw if they would have given a bona straw, but it bothers me that I have to put in extra effort to eat the tapioca pearls.

The chicken on the Build Your Own Munchie Meal wasn't chewable and I asked for regular fries and was given curly fries.

Every single time we order from this store it's nothing but disappointing. If the food isnt just completely dried out and clearly heat lamp saturated it's burnt, if it isn't burnt is covered in such a malic amount of sauce it's completely ruined. Thats if you're even lucky enough to get what you ordered. This location is so inconsistent you hav to wonder if its just a sheer lack of competence or if they're just purposely cutting corners on DoorDash orders because they can. I wouldn't recommend coming here even if they pay you to eat the food. Worst food and staff of ANY jack in the box location and maybe even the worst store on DoorDash. Save yourself the time effort and irritation and just don't order food from here. Go to mcdonalds where you at least get your moneys worth.

I thought my burger combo came with fries. It did not. it's frustrating especially for the price. I could not make my drink a smaller size and had 4 soda flavors to choose from. It would have been nice to get a fork with my loaded tiny tacos as well.
