This is from Jack in the Box 9662 Skillman Road Dallas. I've received a number of orders from this location and NEVER receive a fork for my loaded fries, sweet and sour for my egg rolls or even a napkin. This time, there wasn't ranch on my fries even though it's supposed to come on it a part of the dish. I wish I could place the order at a good Jack instead of one that has no customer service.

fries are old and cold. i paid $5 for tacos my replacement tacos the price difference doesn't add up. only received 5 tacos.

the only thing that was not overcooked or burnt was the eggs. but I didn't even want to finish that. they gave me four hash browns and only three slices of bacon when I paid for extra baking so go figure

Received no napkins, no fork for my bacon cheddar fries or chocolate cake and no sweet and sour I specifically requested with my egg rolls when I placed this order. This is the second time this has happened at that specific location.
