Past few orders, the store was ridiculously slow and food was not fresh. But this last order was perfect. New kitchen crew? Food was hot. Burger was cooked all the way through, veggies still fresh. Fries and rings were hot and crisp. Dasher didn't have to wait. Got my order in under 20 min start to finish. Perfect. Couldn't have been better.

It sucks that there's no option for ranch. I usually get the munchie meal with the double Jack, but I thought to get the combo instead and the burger was way smaller than the one that comes with the munchie meal. The double Jack was supposed to come with a "secret sauce" but this was just ketchup, mustard, and the patty w/ cheese. The only reason it gets a 4 is cause the fries and onion rings were fire!

Jack n the box is the second most expensive fast food restaurant only Chic Fil A is more expensive. Yet the product they provide still isn't in the top 10 as far as quality goes. For two people to eat expect to pay over $30 in most cases. Service is amongst the worst in the industry. And overall freshness is very poor as well! I suggest looking at a quality restaurant since you'll end up paying about the same. Naturally you probably would think you're ordering fast food so you might be looking to not spend so much but when its all said and done you'll realize you should've just ordered from a decent quality restaurant from the beginning! Don't let the fact that you're ordering fast food lull you into believing you're ordering budget friendly food!

The Grilled Chicken Sandwich Combo with fries and Vani Shake was delicious. I like soft fries, and these fries were a bit crisp, but still good.

Just a all time great late night snack option. Jack in the box always has such a wide variety to choose from.
