A small amount of chopped up breast meat. It's much less than I've ever had at any other Jack in the Box. The tenders were overcooked as well. It took 46 minutes to get our order.

This used to big a large burger not anymore. The meat quality was soft flaccid and not tasty. The chicken strips were very well done and not tender. Shrink flation and poor quality .JIB used to be good . . One visit isnt nevessarly capture the whole story yet I wouldnt gamble another $12 for just the burger to find out!

The ranch was missing from the order. The Milk Tea w/ Boba didnt have the extra boba that was paid for. The sourdough on the Loaded Breakfast Sandwich Combo was burnt black. Some items were cold. Pretty disappointing for a $75 order.

Another disappointing burger from JitB. Had the Buttery Smashed Jack™ , the meat tasted like I'd left the raw hamburger out on the counter too long, almost sour. TBH, it tasted like their regular Jumbo Jack burger patty. Foul!! The Onion Rings were good, but basically cold. The Peach Red Bull was good. It's very hit and miss at this Jack in the Box in Susanville. My order, including tip, was over $23 through Door Dash

Vanilla Shake w/ Boba is insanely sweet but the Mini Churros (5) and Large Chocolate Shake are great.
