Usually this is my default sandwich but today I couldn't order the standard "spicy chicken with cheese" from the menu, I had to order regular and add cheese. Not even the normal Swiss, but no big deal. But the sandwich came and it felt dry and over cooked, the chicken felt gristly and was largely unchewable. Not your best showing, JIB.

i ate some of it cause i was starving but i got a lot of butts of the curly fries and like two onion rings lol. idk id stick to the combos. then again idk cause i don't usually go to half n the but. i probably wouldn't of gotten the munchie meal but i had a deal here on doordash if i spent $15 id get however much off idk lmao. it's alright i'm kinda disappointed through :/

I usually love this sandwich, but this one I just got was not up to par. I couldn't understand why the bread was so soggy and there was hardly any sauce on it. The meat was tough. I just don't understand. Not happy.

The triple bacon cheesy jack first of all was only a double and not a triple. Along with it being full of very small hard things that would feel like breaking my teeth everytime I bite down on it, I have no idea what it is but it's something in the meat I had to spit out multiple times to the point I could not eat it anymore. the girl scout smoothie drink was outstanding and delicious and the roost fries were good. I'm very disappointed with this burger though, complete waste..

Large Crispy Chicken Strips (6) Combo had very tiny pieces, almost nugget sized. Everything else in my order was amazing though
