The sandwich was put together well. The poppers were crispy and hot which I liked. Unless I missed something, there was no place to ask for ranch dressing or sauce. I was able to text the driver to request dressing.

the chicken and the teriyaki bowl is just weird. textures weird and it was mushy rice with a sauce that was so salty I was gagging. the bowl is a lot smaller than it used to be and the taste of it was just bad I remember when Jack in the Box egg rolls were good now they have this funky underlying Taste of them I don't know what it is but it's not good

Pancakes were very chewy and hard , did not bring me any of my sauces or syrup so I had plain hard to chew pancakes and wasted $30

the egg rolls are not as good as they were when Jack first introduced them Jack first introduced them many years ago. the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl has too much sauce. the chicken is weird

Working in fast food myself... literally one ingredient that was requested to not be included is included.. and clear as day on my food ticket " no sauce " the fries, great! Drink? Great! The one actual food item? Poor.
