• 11/18/22This jack in the box is WAY better than the Merced one. Every single time I order the food is always made fresh and tastes delicious. I've never had a negative experience here. The item I recommend most is the Large Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo. Never fails

• 9/13/24Buns was a little rough to eat as if it was toasted or had been sitting out-to long and the patties had an overcooked texture to it . One of my ranches , out of the 4 dipping sauces that I selected, which i was only was given 2 , had been punctured. So pretty much it left me with 1 sauce . This burger used to be my fav and this has been the second time this has happened to me and it's a bit disappointing .

• 8/31/23curly fries were soft and tough. jumbo jack was nowhere near jumbo. tacos were good,but the sauce was too spicy for my taste. they should have an option for mild sauce. the curly fries were so bad that I threw them away. very disappointing.

• 7/21/24The curly fries were skimpy and bottom of the fryer scraps . 95% burnt little pieces Even the few actual curly fries are just awful . Cheese burger and shake are good but bummed about curly fries !

• 3/6/24the Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) did not look good to eat. looks like the oil needs to be changed. egg rolls look unevenly cooked
