The Sourdough Jack® Combo was horrible, the tomatoes were old, the bread was not toasted correctly, the bread was soggy, the Dr. pepper had no carbonation, the curly fries were old and cold. I paid for the upgrade to large and got disappointed. Although the Sauced & Loaded Tiny Tacos were good, I paid extra for bacon bits and did not get them. The Mini Churros were on point and were amazing. Over all disappointed and unsatisfied.

My sprite was brown fries were ok the food was hot sprite was just off it wasn't clear I gave it 4 stars cause safety wise cover the cups top up like the bag is sealed off for safety reasons

Missing sauces and food was actually so cold. There was so much lettuce hardly any meat. Not ordering again online. It took the store 40 minutes just to make 4 tacos.

The Stuffed Jalapenos, only a few had cream cheese, 1 was only batter, and several were burnt. very disappointing. everything else was good though.
